Late Night Study Space

by DSU VP Internal last modified 2008-12-01 10:48

The DSU will be extending Student Union Building hours until 2 AM from December 2 - December 12. Sodexho will be offering free coffee for the first twenty students!

Two weeks ago, the DSU approved the following resolutions as a part of its twenty-four hour study space policy. In recognizing the importance of a safe late-night study space, we have extended our own building hours on a temporary basis to ensure that late night space is available during the exam period, but we will continue to advocate that the University is responsible for providing year round, round the clock study space for its students.

University to offer study space:

At a request to desire for student study space during the stressful time of exams, the university has booked a peppering of common pool classrooms with tables and chairs to provide general student study space. The rooms listed below will be available between Monday and Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm, for any student to use, up to and including December 12th.

SC - Biology Rooms 4082 & 7123

McCain - Rooms 2116, 2176, 2184

Dentistry - 4110, 4112, 4113

Sexton D Bldg - D413 & D414
