This event is open to current Dalhousie students only.

Entry requires a valid Dalhousie student ID—unfortunately there aew no exceptions.

The event includes All Ages and 19+ sections.

• 19+ gates will be located on University Avenue by the Studley Gym (two pieces of valid government-issued ID required).

• All Ages gates will line up by the Chemistry Building. For safety and crowd flow, no bags will be permitted. This helps move everyone through the gates quickly and reduces entry delays.

Volunteers will be on site and outside the gates to support entry, wayfinding, and general questions.

Accessibility, Entry & Support Transparency

Committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and accessible experience for all attendees. The event site will include accessible entry points at both gates, designated accessible viewing areas, and intentional seating throughout the venue.

A cozy, calmer area with seating will be available at the back of the site for anyone who needs a break from the crowd.

Existing paved pathways are in place, with additional intentional pathways added to support accessible movement. Please note the venue is on a natural slope, and a fully level site cannot be guaranteed.

ASL interpretation will be provided for this event.
