Start your Dal journey with the Indigenous Student Centre (ISC) through a welcoming experience focused on community building, connection, and support for Indigenous students.

The day will include a welcome from ISC staff, a Smudge Ceremony, an introduction to available supports and services, and opportunities to meet fellow students. Students will learn more about navigating Dalhousie, leadership development opportunities, and strategies for academic success. Participants will also enjoy lunch with Indigenous faculty and staff, an interactive campus scavenger hunt and tour, and a relaxed waterfront social focused on peer connection and community.
