Where Does Your Time Actually Go?
Classes, studying, making friends, and trying new things— it’s a lot to take on at once. If things feel out of balance sometimes, that’s normal!

Join the Care Crew and graduate student facilitators from the School of Occupational Therapy for an evening of mocktails and snacks as you map out where your time is really going and identify what may be draining your energy.

Make new friends and leave with simple strategies to build a routine that supports your well-being at Dal—and one realistic change you can try right away.

Note: 2 Sessions offered back to back, max 20-25 student per session.
Facilitated by: Devyn, Alexus & Jackie-Lyn, Occupational Therapy Graduate Students & The Care Crew
