Calling all School of Health and Human Performance students! Whether you are in Kinesiology, Health Promotion, Recreation Management, Therapeutic Recreation, or Recreation Management, this event is for you. Interested students from across the Faculty of Health are also welcome to join in, connect, and recharge.
Start your semester with good vibes, movement, and connection at the Mental Health Mixer: Move, Mingle & Recharge! This relaxed and interactive event is a chance for students to meet new people, take part in light wellness activities, and learn simple ways to support their mental and physical well-being during the school year.
The mixer will include yoga followed by social time and snacks, giving students a chance to reset before classes get busy, try something new, and connect with others in a welcoming space. Whether you are looking to make friends, move your body, learn about wellness supports, or simply ease into the year, this mixer is a great way to start.
Come ready to move, mingle, recharge, and connect with students across the School of Health and Human Performance and the Faculty of Health. No pressure, no stress just a chance to build community, have fun, and start the year feeling supported.
Location: Studio 1 in the Dalplex Fitness Centre and the Studley Dance Studio are booked; final location(s) TBD
