You and your CODEchella teammates have just been “locked” inside the Goldberg Computer Science Building—and the only way out is through the world of Computer Science student societies.
Welcome to Ctrl-Alt-Esc, a building-wide escape room experience where every hallway, classroom, and common space hides a new challenge. To escape, you and your team must navigate through cleverly designed stations hosted by the many CS-related student societies and groups.
At each stop, you’ll solve puzzles, complete mini-games, and uncover the inner workings of each society—what they do, how to get involved, and why they’re the heart of student life in the Faculty of Computer Science.
From cracking codes with the Capture the Flag Society to building your first line of GitHub history with the Machine Learning Society, every challenge brings you one step closer to the final exit. Can you Esc the building before time runs out? Only one way to find out.

CODEchella Day 4 (Pathways)

Time: 4 PM - 5:30 PM

Take your first step into discovering what sort of career you are considering and where you can turn to unlock greater potential for yourself.
Time: 5:30 PM - 7 PM

Hear from real students who have chosen all different pathways and why they made choices and what they wish they knew when they were in your shoes just starting their degree. Realize that the options are not daunting but exciting and that there is no wrong path, there is only your path.

Meet all the students you just heard from and ask them for advice on your specific interests, goals or experience. Unique recommendations for you are only a question away and the CS community is here to help you!
