The Dalhousie Women's Rugby Football Club is a competitive team within the University Women's Club League that provides high-quality practice and competition with other teams within Nova Scotia. Given the growing interest in the club over recent years, we have plans to expand to two teams in 2023; one competing in the Rugby NS senior women's fall league as we have in years past, and one with a season based on exhibition games against AUS and ACAA teams. While we are still working through preparations, and this will be a new approach for us, these are our goals for the upcoming year.
All levels of ability are welcome, meaning there is no formal tryout process. As a club team (i.e. non-varsity), we really value growth and development from all skill levels; and playing time is determined based on a combination of skill and commitment to the team.
